The generation of people born from 1980 until the end of 1990 are the ones called the Millennials. This is the generation that grew up with digitalization and an increased globalization that is thought to have a huge impact on our economic future.  The effects are already showing!

In this lecture Lisa Bergsten, project leader on the strategic firm “Helikopter Brand Design”, will talk about what drives the millennials and how these drives effect brands, recruitment and doing business.
